| Usage & Care |
- Use in a conventional oven (up to 300°C), microwave (if appropriately sized), refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher.
- Never use directly on a heat source such as a gas burner, electric hob, ceramic hob, grill, or barbecue.
- Never use if chipped or partially broken.
- Avoid sudden temperature changes: Do not place a hot dish on a damp or cold surface, immerse a hot dish in cold water, or add cold liquid to a hot dish. Always handle hot dishes with potholders or dry gloves.
- Do not use sharp utensils or an electric mixer. Ensure a space of at least 10 cm between the dish and the heat source when using under a grill/rotisserie.
